The ideal candidate will be contracted on a per-project basis to handle overflow work, assist with client matters, and provide legal expertise when internal capacity is limited.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced attorney to join our team on a contract, as-needed basis. This role involves providing legal services in the areas of real estate and business law. The ideal candidate will be contracted on a per-project basis to handle overflow work, assist with client matters, and provide legal expertise when internal capacity is limited.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise real estate and business contracts.
Assist with entity formation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Handle due diligence, negotiations, and closings related to real estate transactions.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the United States
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and/or business law preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle a fluctuating workload
Work Arrangement:
This is a contract position. Hours and workload will vary depending on need.
The position is fully remote.
Compensation:
$60–$75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Operating mostly remotely, its main office is in a resort town in Idaho, with meeting spaces and future offices in downtown Seattle and New York City.
